How much do you spend on cigs?

Hi everybody, I was just curious to see how much you guys pay for your smokes where you live. I'm in New York, and a pack costs me between 11 to 14 dollars at the convenience store. That's simply too much for me, so whenever I go away i make sure to stock up on cartons to take home. Obviously, there are times when I run out or leave a pack at home and have to buy some more, but it's fairly rare. I recently ordered some cigs online and will probably stick to that method if it works out since it's so cheap!

Taxed too much in Australia
It costs me about $16 to $18 per pack for either Alpine Filter (full flavour, king size 25 pack) or Vogue Menthol (100's, slim 20 pack).
Less than half that.
In Kentucky, even the top brand names are usually no more than $5 a pack. I think I paid $42 for my recent carton of Marlboro Reds. The South/Southeastern U.S. probably wins the prize for cheapest cigarette prices. Beware certain large-chain department/grocery stores, though... their prices are the highest, but still less than $6 a pack.
Too much but I love it
Too much but I love it. I think it is worth, I smoke about 5 packs per day. Or else 3 cartons per week.
Every carton costs about 40 euros here.
I live in IL and smoke
I live in IL and smoke Newports. I smoke a between 15 cigs and a pack per day. Prices recently went up within the past week or so. I used to be able to get a pack of Newports for about $5.50 and a carton for around $50. Now a single pack is anywhere from $6.50-$7.25 and a carton is close to $60 with tax. I know it is still cheaper than some of you guys pay, but I still think the sudden increase sucks!!
Cheaper than some places
Here in Georgia,we usually pay somewhere between 5 and $6 a pack (Virginia Slims 120's) depending on where you buy them.It's a good thing I'm not one of those pack a day smokers or it could get real expensive in a hurry.

I know Missouri has the lowest taxes at 17 cents per pack and the fed is 1.01 per pack.
bahrain
In Bahrain they cost around $2.40 for marlboros, $2.20 for other brands. exception is L&Ms and Rothmans which go for $1.60.
NY
about ten dollars a pack but i go into jersey were they are at most 8 camels are 7.25 same as Marlboros
