casual smokers how often is often?

How often do you smoke? I want to go back to once every few months. If I can.. *shudder* I mean don't you think alcohol is as lethal as nicotine? I don't drink alcohol that much either. I mean if you have too much caffeine your ****ed.

Recommendation.

If you want to be a light smoker, I recommend smoking five cigarettes a day.

driving in traffic

smoking while stuck in traffic makes it much more bearable for me, especially since we can no longer drink while we drive!

I only smoke 2 cigarettes a day. One in the mornig and one right before going to bed. It helps me cop with stress and I sleep better.
