L&M Red & Blue (full flavor and light)

I've decided that this is the first brand i will try. ( i want to start smoking) i just dont know what to start on, the full flavors or the lights..
Any suggestions?

I'm curious, what made you settle on L&M; why that brand of cigarettes?
In general, I always recommend starting with the lights and then moving up.

Because i heard they are shockingly similar to Reds but with a less harsh and chemical flavor. i like a red here and there but i couldnt make them my regular smoke and i heard L&Ms are very good. and cheap

Well from what I get they burn faster then camels but about the same as Marlboro reds ....as far as taste they're pretty good and price is cheap .... I get them when I'm light on cash but I prefer Marlboro special blends ..... and if u start full flavors, you'll be smoking two light cigarettes to that one full flavored .... I recommend camels, but then again I recommend never starting smoking at all lol
L&M Full Flavor Red Pack 100s
I tried L&M Red 100s and I would say they are "full flavor" and give a lot of smoke, but I don't get the nicotine buzz nearly as strong with them as with Marlboro 100s. And I think they're a little milder in flavor too. Not a bad cigarette and I suppose they're a bargain at the price, but I think I have to work a little harder to get my nicotine from them. They don't have the great vanilla flavor that the old L&M did in the '70s when they we're one of my favorite smokes, and they're not all-white which happens to be a preference of mine. Hard to find a really strong, full flavor cig in all-white 100s these days. In fact I think B&H full strength golds are the only one I can think of right off hand since Parliament dropped their full-flavor 100s. Kent 100s used to be in that class, but if they're still out their, I haven't seen them in a long time.
L&M Reds
They burn fast and probably don't have as much kick, but I just love L&M Reds for some reason. The smoke is thick, they draw easy and taste pretty darn good. Coming from someone who has smoked many cartons of Marlboro, Camel, Winston, Pall Mall, Lucky Strike, Doral, Basic, others.
