Hello,
I already tried sometimes to start smoking but I can't do it good. I want to hold it secret for my parents. And tell them later of it when I can't without them.
The best try when I was babysitting. I smoked in 2 hours 3 cigarrete and when I was walking to home I feeled that I want to smoke another cigarrete.
Can somebody help me with some tips.???

Start on Marlboro Gold for about a couple of weeks and then step up to a Marlboro Red after you are smoking 10 to 15 a day regularly and the cravings should kick in eventually, but your body has to get used to smoking regularly first before you go for the Reds.

Hi,I've been playing with cigarettes off and on for about 8months now.ill smoke 1or2 cigs a week...then kinda shining about it and don't smoke again till another couple of wks go by and play with them again same routine....so I want to become. Heavy chain smoker I wand to become so addicted I will not be able to stop..what is a good brand of cigs that will do that ..and what is the pattern of smoking to give me that addiction...can someone help..I'm 24yrs old by the way..

Try Marlboro Reds and remember to smoke first thing in morning and last thing at night. Smoke as many as you can for a few days and the addiction should happen. Let us know how you get on.

Go and buy three packets of Marlboro Reds and smoke them all over a week or so. Smoke first thing in the morning. Within a week or so you will not be able to stop-guaranteed!
Getting addicted
Have your first cigarette as soon as you wake up-say "Iv'e got to have a cigarette now!" As soon as you have finished that one, light up another. Dont wait more than 2 hours before your next one and then smoke whenever you get the opportunity. If you see someone light up, light up yourself and then have one every hour or so when you get back home. If you wake during the night light up then but dont smoke in bed-it's a fire hazard. A week of this and you will be smoking automatically, you wont even know you are smoking, you will suddenly realise that you have smoked half a cigarette without remembering lighting it.

Hi.I just started smoking cigarettes like a week now off and on..and wanted to know a good cigarette that will make me addicted in no time.and what tips do I need to follow if I want to be a 4or5..pack a day smoker..I want my body to crave a cig ever 30 min or shorter ..so how can I achieve that..where I would need the cigs rightafter another...I want that addiction..fast as possible..I hope its not to late to start smoking..I'm 35yrs old

It's never too late to start smoking. Go out now and buy 3 packets of Marlboro Reds and light up. Start inhaling from the first one, small inhales at first and stop if you dont feel well. Drink some water and then light a new one, gradually increase your inhaling. Try and smoke at least every two hours or so and smoke first thing in the morning. If you stick to this you should become addicted after a week to ten days and you will then need to smoke to feel normal. This is a sign that you have become dependent on nicotine and you will find it extremely uncomfortable to go without a cigarette for any length of time. This is when the enjoyment of smoking kicks in and when you experience that immense sense of relief when you smoke. Make sure that you have a couple of packs around the house and always keep a pack and a lighter on you at all times to remind you that you are a smoker. It will not be long before it becomes second nature to be sucking on a cigarette and inhaling all that soothing smoke! Satisfaction,relaxation and relief will never be more than 5 seconds away. I think it might be harder to get addicted as you get older.
I think it might be harder to get addicted. And be come a full time smoker. As you get older.
Inhaling
I have just tried taking big drags and when my mouth is full of smoke inhaling through both nose and mouth at the same time. The smoke goes deep down into my lungs and then I hold it in for 10 seconds-the resulting nicotine hit was fantastic! I feel soooooo relaxed after that! Really good feeling-WOW!

I've been smoking Salem 100s and Marlboro Menthol 100s my whole 39 years as a smoker. I love them. Try them. I started when I was 11 and no one in my family found out until I was 17. I was very good at sneaking them. lol Fun times and torture at other times when I was away with the family on weekends trips. I used to leave my cigarettes at home when I first started but started bringing them when I became more addicted and needed more everyday when I was about 13-15. I still sneaked them because I was so afraid of getting caught. Wanting and needing to smoke when I was climbing the walls was pure agony. And when my parents smoked in the car and I needed one badly, that sucked too. I should've just told my mom I smoked because she would've let me, I am sure. But my father would've threw a fit. My brothers were all antismokers. That made it tough to smoke and if they found out, I would've heard the lectures. Overall, when I started smoking it was the best decision I ever made in my life. I was hooked after the first one, they have been running my life ever since, and I am okay with that.

you need to increase your metabolism of nicotine. Best way to do that is to use nicotine gum. Start off with 2 mg, and chew alot of it. Graduate up to 4 mg gum..
by the time you've finished the box (100 pieces) you will be hooked. I went from smoking occasionally to smoking non filters by getting hooked on the gum.
