PLEASURE WARNING: Quitting smoking now significantly reduces your feelings of pleasure.
Here's are some tips I follow everyday:
Tip 1: Don't always fully exhale the smoke. Exhale half and then breath normally; keeping some inside to enjoy the feeling longer.
Tip 2: For each cigarette, for some of the puffs, fully exhale before inhaling the smoke. This allows the smoke to evenly disperse within your lungs as you inhale.
Tip 3: Cover the filter ventilation holes, a ring of small holes half way up on the filter, with your lips. This allows for a more flavorful experience.
Tip 4: After inhaling the smoke, hold it in for a few seconds before exhaling.
Tip 5: Fresh cigarettes are the most important thing of all. Old cigarettes don't taste or feel as good as fresh cigarettes. Try to buy your cigarettes at a store that sells a lot of tobacco products.
Tip 6: The more you smoke, the more you'll enjoy each cigarette.
